
County House Staff consultants have extensive experience of employing and placing domestic staff. Clients are visited at their property and candidates are interviewed by us personally. We conduct profiling interviews and undertake thorough staff reference checks including: past employment, qualifications, criminal reference bureau checks, passport, work visas and driving licence. All staff are required to have at least two years experience in the position they are applying for.
A consultant will initially meet with a client, at their premises, in order to understand their service needs. We will then put forward compatible candidates for consideration, at interview schedules to suit.
We aim for long-term placement and long-term satisfaction.
Our Placement Guarantee assures that if a client is not satisfied with any placement within the first 10 weeks we will, subject to our Terms and Conditions, offer a replacement at no extra cost. Our placement fee is a one-time fee, based on a percentage of the employee's annual salary.
