Country House Staff place professional people in some of the most prestigious country house properties. We aim for long term placement with long term satisfaction. Our commitment is to make your life easier by providing the most compatible candidates for consideration, at interview schedules to suit you. A consultant will initially meet with you at your property to understand your service needs. We will then put forward compatible candidates for consideration.
Our consultants have extensive experience of employing domestic staff and our candidates are interviewed by us personally. We undertake thorough staff reference checks including: past employment, qualifications, criminal reference bureau checks, passport, work visas and driving licence. All staff are required to have at least two years experience in the position they are applying for.
Our fee for professional household placement is a one-time fee, based on a percentage of the employee's annual salary. Our Placement Guarantee assures that if you are not completely satisfied within the first 10 weeks we will, subject to our Terms and Conditions, offer a replacement at no extra cost.
